The help articles that used to live here were written for version 2 of Potentially. The platform is now on version 3, so we have taken them down rather than leave instructions online that no longer match what you see.

If you use Potentially through your university, college or employer, your organisation’s Potentially administrator is the quickest route to help. For anything else, email hello@potential.ly and we reply within one working day.
